We do all we can to make sure our product images are accurate in color. However,
it is impossible to be 100% sure as each computer monitor shows color differently.
Unused yarn in its original condition may be exchanged or returned within 30 days
of purchase. The customer must pay for all shipping costs associated with the exchange
and will receive notice of their credit with SeagrapeYarn.com via email.
Any shipping costs incurred when returning damaged merchandise will be reimbursed
and replacement merchandise will be sent at no cost. Please include a description
of the damage with your return.
